At Brass & Briar Studios, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy guidelines below.

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items and final sale items.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7-14 days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please get in touch with customer support by replying to your original confirmation email or emailing hello@brassandbriar.com with your Order # in the subject line.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@brassandbriar.com. Include at least two photos: one overall photo of the item(s) and one close-up photo of the damaged area. We will work with you to send a replacement.
