  • The cost of a tattoo or other service has several factors, including size, placement, amount of detail, etc. For these reasons, we do not quote the price of a design over the internet.

    If you have a strict budget you'd like to adhere to, please mention it in your inquiry.

Our Policies

  • At Brass & Briar Studios, we value the time of our artists and our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling, we have established our official Booking Deposit Policy as detailed below.

    Please note that while this policy serves as our general guideline, individual artists may have slightly revised policies for specific appointments, based on unique circumstances or the nature of the work involved.

    We strongly encourage you to discuss these details with your artist and carefully read any additional information provided to you at the time of booking.

    1. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo.

    2. Your deposit allows for ONE rescheduling of your appointment, provided that you give us at least 48 hours notice.

    3. If you need to reschedule your appointment for a second time, you will forfeit half of your initial deposit. This means that only 50% of your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo.

    4. Should you need to reschedule more than twice, you will need to make a new full deposit to secure another appointment.

    5. Failure to show up for your appointment or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a total loss of your deposit.

    Please understand that this policy is in place to respect the time and efforts of our artists, who may turn away other clients to accommodate your booking. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    2. Rescheduling Your Appointment: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so using the link in your appointment confirmation email. Please make sure to reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment time.

    3. Unable to Reschedule Online?: If for any reason you are unable to reschedule using the link, you are welcome to call the shop during business hours at (207) 747-5557. Our team will be glad to assist you.

    1. Canceling Your Appointment: If you need to cancel your piercing appointment or consultation, you can do so using the link in your appointment confirmation email. We request that cancellations be made at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

    2. Unable to Cancel Online?: If you are unable to cancel your appointment using the link, please call us during business hours at (207) 747-5557.
